In 1989 Paul founded 玛格南 Technologies 公司., an engineering firm that provided automation and computer-aided design services. During his tenure at 玛格南, he led the company to nationwide expansion. Experience and Awards

Paul attended Southern Illinois University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering in 1983. He was recognized by Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year program as the Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year for the State of Illinois in 2002. Paul is a graduate of GE’s Management Development Institute in Crotonville, NY. He is also a graduate of the Owner / President Management executive education program at Harvard Business School. Paul is a licensed professional engineer, certified automation professional (), Fellow member of the International Society of Automation and inaugural member of the Southern Illinois University Alumni Hall of Fame. He is also involved in corporate strategic planning, expert witness testimony and is a contributing author to Aspatore Books’ Inside the Minds, a series of publications that examine C-level business intelligence.

Paul currently holds a position on the Executive Committee of Sensia.
